It all started in 2012 when my family faced the challenge of caring for an aging parent. Like many, we wanted her to live comfortably near loved ones. After exploring senior living facilities, we realized that the perfect, affordable solution would be to build 400 square foot addition, which ultimately became a granny flat, or rather, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). 

Soon after we completed our build and got our mother moved in, friends found themselves in similar situations and sought our help. Before we knew it, our side project had grown into a thriving business helping families throughout San Diego add an extra room or a granny flat to their property.
